6-WOMENS TAG TEAM MATCH: Shotzi Blackheart, Tegan Nox, and Mia Yim take on Candice LeRae, Dakota Kai, and Raquel Gonzalez – This match was pretty good to start off the event and on top of it considering the match card, this match actually held its own. Shotzi has a chance to be the next big face in WWE. Dakota Kai looks to be really comfortable as a heel; which looks to be the right move for her as it adds to her character and she seems more aggressive in the ring. The craziest part to me is that Raquel Gonzalez seems to be the wrestler Nia Jax wants to be, but that’s my own personal opinion. The match was exciting with a lot of back and forth action and not to mention every female wrestler jumping over the rops onto the outside. Tegan Nox pulls through with the victory. Match Rating – B+

FINN BALOR VS DAMIAN PRIEST: This match might be the 2nd or 3rd best match of the night, but it shocked the hell out of me. I really enjoy Damian Priest in the ring. He has charisma, speed, and strength, which he displayed with his versatile kick strikes and that spectacular Flatliner in the middle of the match, not to mention that devastating forearm, and he hit some kind of full nelson german suplex and that was one of the craziest things I’ve seen. But Finn was the veteran that he is, and he continued to fight back. As he ended up eating the Sling Blade, while hitting the coup de grace on the back of the neck and hitting him with it again while laying on the mat. Oh that is after Priest fell onto the stairs hard. Go check out the match, it was pretty pretty good. Match Rating – A-

NXT North American Championship Match: Keith Lee © vs. Johnny Gargano – This match actually showed us that Johnny Gargano fought smartly and with a strategy as one of Lee’s hands was bothering him throughout the match, after every move Lee would do, he’d sorta grab at it or shake it multiple times. Lee is definitely going to be a big star on a main roster if not already being looked as one right now. Nonetheless Gargano made it interesting to have Lee railing multiple times, but not until Lee pummeled Gargano through the plexiglass at ringside, it was pretty insane. Lee ended the match with two Spirit Bombs and another finisher of his and he retained his title. Match Rating – A-

Tommaso Ciampa vs. Karrion Kross – I like this match for the simple fact we got to see Kross in a somewhat lengthy match. His tenacity within the ring and his way to just stick with the crowd is what really gets me. But man, Ciampa had his comebacks numerous times in the match, the fact that people are saying he got dismantled eh not really yes he sure got beat, cause man oh man, lets just say Kross literally looks like a wrestler I may not even know if he’s ever having an off day as being in his gimmick or that’s just Karrion on the norm. Anywho the match was pretty good. I was surprised to see it down here in the card before Balor vs. Priest. Match Rating – A-

NXT World Championship Backlot Brawl Match: Adam Cole © vs. Velveteen Dream – This match was f***king awesome. The trash talk in between, the rest of the UE coming to help Cole after Cole crashes onto the hood and windshield of a car. Dream getting mobbed by the UE. Then Dexter Lumis came out of nowhere beating up both Roderick Strong and Bobby Fish and putting them in the trunk of the car in which they came into to crash the fight. Ultimately after an elbow drop and Dream’s signature move, Cole kicked out both times and ended up hitting a Sunset Flip Powerbomb onto chairs which Cole retained. Match Rating – A+

NXT Women’s Champion Triple Threat Match: Charlotte Flair © vs. Rhea Ripley vs Io Shirai – Charlotte was being annoying in the beginning of the fight making both Rhea and Io fight it out but it was strategy and she was giving both of them the business handling them with mighty chops. Io kept having spurts all throughout the match from jumping over the ropes onto Rhea and then jumping off of the top of a house that was a part of the event’s decoration; it was impressive. Charlotte really seemed to have a real rivalry with Ripley as they were trading blows for blows just throwing punches and punches. In the very end Charlotte basically had Rhea in a Figure-8 but IO had other plans and hit a backwards moonsault on Rhea and pinned her to become THE NNNNNNEEEEEEWWWWWWW NXT CHAMPION IO SHIRAI!! Well deserved. Well deserved.
